The challenge
RevMax was involved in every stage of the project, from the design, which had to be created from scratch, to developing and promoting a new living environment like no other. The aim was to increase profitability to generate the funds needed to reinvest in the mountain’s recreational structures, such as the snowmaking system.
The work on the mountainside presented significant challenges in terms of geotechnics, the stability of the work in progress and the interior and exterior finishes, which were closely monitored by our team.

“The name “Glaz” wasn’t chosen at random. A Breton word with a Scandinavian sound, it evokes the blending of the colours blue, green and grey, which perfectly represents the Owl’s Head lifestyle: lake, forest and mountain.”
