Groupe Laroche • Real estate development
Groupe Laroche is a go-to leader in real estate project management and development in Quebec. Mainly active in the Eastern Townships, it is the developer and owner of many real estate projects that combine innovative architecture, sustainable strategic management and environmental convictions.
Groupe Laroche manages residential, commercial, industrial and office buildings throughout Quebec. It also owns more than 20 million square feet of lots that will be built on in the coming years.
The challenge
RevMax is helping Groupe Laroche reach its ambitious objectives, which involve doubling the company’s value over the next five years and expanding its activities.
To that end, we are helping develop business centres and commercial sites as well as business parks that are highly attractive to national and international corporations, to stimulate the economies of different key neighborhoods.
“Groupe Laroche is a great example of the future of real estate development and the level of success that can be achieved while remaining faithful to environmental values and a sustainable development vision that benefits everyone.”
