Owl’s Head • Tourist hub
Destination Owl’s Head is a 1,300-acre dream estate at the foot of one of Quebec’s largest ski mountains.
Visitors can admire breathtaking views of Lac Memphrémagog and the surrounding area from its 50 ski runs, 10 glade runs and 5 chairlifts in winter, and from the world-class 18-hole golf course designed by Graham Cooke & Associates in summer.
The resort has snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, hiking and mountain biking trails. Its charming chalet, the MTN Haus, offers snow sports enthusiasts all the amenities they could need, including accommodations: 10 spacious suites.
A 99-slip marina with a private beach completes the offer.
Thanks to RevMax, Owl’s Head is a place people want to come back to, again and again.
The challenge
Created in the 1960s, Owl’s Head was in great need of an innovative master plan to modernize and expand the resort during its recent acquisition.
We did everything necessary to achieve this and continue to do so with increasingly ambitious projects designed to harness its full potential, ensure its sustainability and propel its growth to new heights.
Our mission
Provide advice and create and execute a development strategy for a prestigious resort and hotel complex, including:
Renovating the hotel (chalet) and starting up operations
Creating, developing and starting up food service operations (bar, bistro, cafeteria)
Designing a reservation centre and a hotel management and operations company (Owl's Head Living, now MTN Living)
Designing and starting up a private club offering lake access (Club Lac)
Proposing an integrated plan for a tourism school, lodging and transportation for employees
Developing an innovative strategic plan
Developing and promoting 496 lodging units
Acting as a representative in dealings with government agencies
Ensuring the success of the mountain's acquisition
Repositioning and refreshing the brand
Serving as a member of the real estate committee in dealings with investors
