Quartier des Marinas is a more than $20 million project encompassing 30 rental condos with hotel services. It is strategically located on main street in Magog, a lively urban centre and true haven of peace.
These luxury condotels, which are sold to individuals, will be managed like a hotel, with visitor reception services, housekeeping and service to the units (room service) in partnership with local restaurants. Quartier des Marinas condo owners can therefore enjoy this idyllic vacation destination at their leisure, with its nearby marinas and all the tourist attractions the Eastern Townships have to offer while making their unit profitable the rest of the year, without worry or effort.
The units are sold fully furnished with exemplary finish and come with underground parking, a short-term rental permit, the services of the management team and the possibility of anchoring rights in the neighbouring marinas. The complex will also include businesses, such as a café, bakery and shop.
The challenge
This real estate complex was born of a desire to revitalize the region and will boost downtown Magog’s economy and tourism by offering a prestigious, unique and sustainable living environment.
RevMax is involved in most aspects of the value optimization, both real estate and commercial, including advising the architects on how to adapt the building to hotel operations, to optimize the space and create a unique living and visiting experience.
In addition to participating in the project’s real estate development, RevMax established a partnership with the promoter to obtain the financing necessary for the construction and start up of the hotel operations in phase 1. A subsequent phase is currently being studied for rapid execution, within 24 months.
